As members of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors all our contracts, regardless of size or value, are undertaken with full regard to the relevant legislation.

TRAINING
All our operatives are fully trained in all aspects of demolition by the National Demolition Training Group in conjunction with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) with particular attention being paid to Health & Safety, and Environmental issues.
RISK ASSESSMENT
Our Health & Safety Policy outlines our general commitment to safe working. Each individual project begins with a Pre-project Health & Safety Plan containing a Risk Assessment detailing the potential hazards and the systems that Weaver Demolition will implement to overcome them, together with a Method Statement containing details of the works procedure. Risks are monitored throughout the project and methods of work updated as necessary.
The NFDC carry out regular site safety audits for their members, regular visits are also carried out to our sites by independent consultants. This serves to monitor our performance whilst we strive to achieve the highest standards of health and safety in our work.
At Weaver Demolition we employ Independent Consultants who constantly review our policies and procedures, carry out site visits for inspections and risk assessment. Through this we can monitor our performance and strive to achieve the highest standards of Health & Safety in our work.
